A Few More Things To Know

Friends and Supporters,
We would like to make you aware of several registration policies being instated in 2017 due to price increases at Camp Copass. We are very happy with both the location and price point of our Conference. In order to keep the registration fee as low as possible, we must turn in accurate registration numbers to Camp Copass one week prior our event and cut down on no-show registrants. We believe the following policies and changes to our registration structure will help achieve our goals. Thanks for your continued support! -- The Engedi Planning Team

  • All General Registrations must be paid by July 13, 2018
  • Registration closes July 13, 2018, with late registrations accepted on a case by case basis until August 3, 2018
  • No refunds will be issued after August 3, 2018; however, fees may be transferred to another person
  • Last Minute Registrations after August 3, 2018 will only be considered as space allows

Travel:
Rides will be offered to/from the airport before the event begins Friday (7 PM) and after the last session ends on Sunday (12 PM).

Age Requirement:
Attendees must be 18 or older.
Our desire is for Engedi to be a college and career age conference. Further questions may be directed to info@engedicon.com.

Babies:
No babies/children in meetings or small groups
Engedi is a conference that was established to encourage young people, both college and career aged, in their walk with the Lord and service in His name. With this in mind, and because of the substantial feedback received from attendees in the past, the Planning Team has had to establish the policy that no children (including nursing babies) will be allowed in meetings or small groups.
